Tuition is a flat monthly rate. Payment is due at the start of each month. No late fees are applied, but timely payment keeps the focus where it belongs — on the music.
Accepted: Cash, check, PayPal, or Venmo.
02 — Attendance & Cancellations
Your tuition secures a recurring time slot reserved exclusively for you. That time is yours every week.
Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice are eligible for a makeup lesson when scheduling allows, or a credit toward the following month ($35 / $50 / $65 depending on lesson length). Credits are valid for 30 days.
Short-notice cancellations are non-refundable and ineligible for makeup credits.
Sudden illness or emergencies are handled case-by-case. Please reach out as soon as possible. If your child is feeling under the weather, don't hesitate to cancel — I'd much rather reschedule than have a sick lesson. It's better for everyone, and the 48-hour credit still applies for illness when notice is given.
I observe major holidays and take 2–3 weeks of personal vacation per year. I'll always give advance notice. Any lessons cancelled on my end will be resolved via a scheduled makeup or a credit applied to the following month.
03 — Recitals
In 2026, there will be one formal Winter Recital. Starting in 2027, the studio moves to two annual recitals — Winter and Spring — giving students more performance experience and goal-setting opportunities throughout the year.
04 — Ending Lessons
A 2-week notice by text or email is all I ask when discontinuing lessons. It gives us time to wrap up current projects and close out on a good note. Any outstanding balance must be settled prior to the final lesson.
