Tuition is a stable, flat monthly rate that remains the same regardless of the number of weeks or lessons in any given month. It guarantees your regular weekly time slot on our calendar across the entire year.

Invoices are automatically generated and sent via MyMusicStaff on the 1st of each month. Payment is due upon receipt. While no late fees are applied, timely payments ensure your recurring time slot remains secured and keeps the focus where it belongs—on the music.

Payment Methods: We require a card or bank account on file via the MyMusicStaff Student Portal for secure, automated monthly billing.

02 — Attendance & Cancellations

Your tuition secures a recurring time slot reserved exclusively for you. That time is yours every week.

48+ hrs

Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice are eligible for a makeup credit, trackable inside your student portal. If scheduling doesn't allow for a makeup, a credit ($35 / $50 / $65 depending on lesson length) will be applied toward the following month. Credits are valid for 60 days and can be managed directly through the portal.

< 48 hrs

Short-notice cancellations are non-refundable and ineligible for makeup credits.

Emergencies

Sudden illness or emergencies are handled case-by-case. Please notify the studio via the portal as soon as possible.

My Time Off

I observe major holidays and take 2–3 weeks of personal vacation per year. I'll always give advance notice. Any lessons cancelled on my end are fully protected and will be resolved via a scheduled makeup session or a tuition credit applied to the following month, at the studio's discretion.

03 — Recitals

In 2026, there will be one formal Winter Recital. Starting in 2027, the studio moves to two annual recitals — Winter and Spring — giving students more performance experience and goal-setting opportunities throughout the year.

04 — Ending Lessons

A 30-day written notice is required when discontinuing lessons. This gives us time to wrap up current musical projects and close out on a positive note. Tuition for the final 30 days will be calculated, and any outstanding balance must be settled through the student portal prior to the final lesson.

By enrolling in lessons, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
